Warwick & Roger would like to introduce our Associate Partner, Mr. Richard Heydarian. A decorated academic, opinion columnist, media pundit, and policy advisor. Richard is regularly consulted by major investment consultancies, such as Deutsche Bank, UBS, the Economist Intelligence Unit, Fitch Ratings, Moody’s, and Macquarie, among others. He is also a consistent contributor to the Center for Strategic and International Studies, and the Council on Foreign Relations, and frequently contributes to leading think tanks around the world. His regular opinion columns include the Strait Times, Nikkei Asian Review, South China Morning Post, and Aljzeera English. JCI International has awarded him as one of 2018 Ten Outstanding Young Persons in the World for his work and contributions to the social sciences and political discourse.

Richard was also an assistant professor at De La Salle University, and is an upcoming Research Fellow at National Chengchi University in Taiwan.

Ms. Katrina Gonzales

Warwick & Roger would like to introduce our co-founder, Ms. Katrina Gonzalez. Her work, in both a consultant and analyst capacity for international organizations, NGOs, and multinationals, ranges from risk assessment, political risk advisory, market entry strategy, government relations, public affairs, and regional public policy, among other things. She has also engaged with ministers, undersecretaries, policymakers, and regulators from Southeast Asia and Europe in stakeholder networking. This contributes to her specialization in several industries including healthcare, trade, innovation, FMCG, and, most notably, Fintech (as one of the youngest specialists in Southeast Asia).

Katrina finished her university degree of Consular and Diplomatic Affairs with honours from De La Salle – College of Saint Benilde, and earned her master’s degree in International Relations from University of New South Wales, graduating with distinction.

Mr. Philip Fullon (he will make his own daw)

Mr. Prashanta Pradhan

Warwick & Roger would like to introduce the Managing Partner for Cambodia, Mr. Prashanta Pradhan. He has extensive experience as a consultant, having previously worked with the UN Development Programme on urban transport, big data, and blended finance, and with GiZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) as a consultant on trade policy and regional economic integration. With his specialization in development and public-private partnerships, he has also worked as an investment policy consultant for Frost & Sullivan, and as a consultant for trade policy with the UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific. He also currently serves as the country representative for Cambodia in the Doing Business in Asia Alliance.

Prashanta earned his master’s degree in Public Policy, Economic Policy, and Sustainable Development from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in National University of Singapore.

Mr. Leo Lofranco, Chief Technology Officer

Warwick & Roger would like to welcome Mr. Leo Lofranco, our new Chief Technology Officer. As a data scientist trained in the natural sciences, Leo pioneered the software and methodology used by the company to conduct public sentiment analysis.

Leo also has significant personal experience with business operations. He helped found Muber (an online marketplace that connects buyers of hard-to-find items with travelers who can buy it and deliver it) while still in university, and pitched the company all throughout Silicon Valley before helping file for incorporation in Delaware, United States. He also runs several businesses from his hometown in the Philippines.

Leo’s background is with research and data analysis. While obtaining his university degree of Life Sciences from Ateneo de Manila University, he spent a year in the University of Genoa in Italy, where he worked as a research intern under the Department of Medicine. Upon graduation, he spent four months analysing specific information from large datasets as a visiting Research Fellow in Harvard University.
