Duterte and Robredo biggest gainers in the WR Numero Q2 National Survey
Vice President Sara Duterte and Naga City Mayor Leni Robredo recorded the largest increases in presidential voter preference, according to the latest nationwide survey by nonpartisan public opinion research firm WR Numero.
The June 2026 WR National Poll: Philippine Public Opinion Monitor asked Filipinos whom they would vote for as president if the 2028 national elections were held at the time of the survey. Duterte remained the leading preferred presidential candidate with 39%, up 4 percentage points from March 2026.
Despite repeatedly stating that she does not intend to run for president, Robredo ranked second with 21%, up five percentage points from the March 2026 survey. Senator Raffy Tulfo placed third with 14%, following a four-point decline in voter preference.
They were followed by Senators Bong Go (4%), Bam Aquino (3%), and Risa Hontiveros (2%). Meanwhile, 17% of respondents remained undecided about whom they would vote for as president.
