Highlights from 2024. Our President and CEO Dr. Robin Michael Garcia, presented “The Philippines in Global and Regional Changes” at the Coast Guard Strategic Studies and International Affairs Center. “The event was hosted by AUX RADMs Jose Mari Dela Peña and Sara Soliven-De Guzman at OB Montessori Center. The event focused on addressing Chinese aggression in the West Philippine Sea, Taiwan’s strategic significance, and the geopolitical impacts of the Trump presidency. Dr. Garcia emphasized the need for a dedicated China policy, updated defense legislation, and national security reforms.
